L'oscar Autumnal Entrance
Brief
L’oscar commissioned Frederick William Design to create a distinctive entrance that moves away from the traditional arch, incorporating Mediterranean-style planters in rich green hues, lush foliage and natural textures to create an entrance bespoke to the hotel.
From Concept to Completion
Frederick William Design, designed the installation from conception through to completion, sourcing and supplying all materials. The arch was created using artificial botanical materials, complemented by a 60/40 split of faux and real planting within newly installed pots. The pots were hand-finished to create a bespoke terracotta-and-moss effect

Installations
Installation began at 6:00am and was completed in one day by Fred and Ben. The entrance remained fully operational throughout, with the work carried out directly on a busy public road.

The Result
A bespoke semi-permanent entrance feature designed to create a strong visual arrival point and complement L’oscar’s distinctive identity. The client was impressed with the finished installation, and Frederick William Design continues to have an ongoing relationship with the venue.
